Infographic: Strategic roadmap for business growth

This information graphic was created as a part of a Master’s thesis project in the faculty of Industrial Design Engineering at Delft University of Technology. The project focused on the design of a growth strategy for an international design firm UXUS. It involved analyzing the business strategy and model of the firm, their current competencies and skills and investigating different directions which the firm could grow in. This visual strategic roadmap included recommendations about the service, product and process innovation and the management of business processes within the design firm.
